Grade II listed building will be the London base for the Leeds-based property company.

Town Centre Securities has secured a new London headquarters on Weymouth Street.

The recently refurbished, 4,760 sq ft, grade II listed property has residential accommodation on the third floor and office space on the lower ground, ground, first and second floors. This enables TCS to create a new London HQ for the business following the sale of its previous base in 2021.

The building is located in the centre of the medical district, close to London and Harley Street clinics, as well as Princess Grace and Kind Edward VII Hospitals.
