Town Centre Securities has bought a new London headquarters at 45 Weymouth Street, W1.

The move follows the sale of TCS’s previous Duke Street base in 2021 and is a part of the company’s ongoing portfolio diversification strategy and long-term capital growth plans.

It sits in the heart of London’s medical district, alongside Harley Street clinics and Princess Grace and Kind Edward VII hospitals.
