Clifton Agency has hired Hollie Ruddle as partner, React News can reveal.

The real estate investment consultancy, co-founded by former CWM partners Jim Remfry and Ben Simpson, has appointed Ruddle from Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH), where she was an associate director in the capital markets team.

Ruddle has more than 15 years’ experience in investment advisory. She started her career in LSH’s Bristol office in 2007, before moving to DTZ in 2014 and then returning to LSH in 2016, working in London and the South West.

She has worked across all real estate sectors, dvising on sales and acquisitions, distressed debt sales and strategic analysis for a range of companies, funds and private individuals.

In her new role, she will work with Clifton’s institutional and private clients across London and the South East as well as driving the firm’s expansion in the South West.

Ruddle said:
