Clifton Agency, the independent real estate investment consultancy co-founded in March by former CWM partners Jim Remfry and Ben Simpson, has appointed Hollie Ruddle as partner.

Ruddle joins from Lambert Smith Hampton where she was an associate director in the capital markets team.

She has 15 years’ experience in investment advisory, starting her career in LSH’s Bristol office in 2007, before moving to DTZ in 2014 and returning to LSH in 2016 where she expanded her market coverage to London as well as the South West.

Ruddle has experience across all real estate sectors, advising on sales and acquisitions, distressed debt sales and strategic analysis for a range of real estate companies, funds and private individuals. Ruddle will work with Clifton’s institutional and private clients across London and the South East, and lead the firm’s expansion in the South West.
