Clifton Agency, the independent real estate investment consultancy co-Founded by Jim Remfry and Ben Simpson, has expanded its team with the appointment of Alex Murray from CBRE.

Murray joins from CBRE where he was an Associate Director within the Investor Advisory and Occupiers team. Alex has worked in the professional sector for the past 7 years and has a vast amount of experience in dealing with Lease Consultancy, Lease Restructuring, leasing and occupier acquisitions across the UK. His extensive network of contacts has enabled Alex to work with major landlords in implementing successful asset management strategies.

Murray will work with Clifton’s institutional, prop co and private clients across the UK, providing valuable insight, analysis and technical due diligence during investment transactions. whilst leading the firm’s expansion into agency and professional services.
