Following fifteen years successfully trading as CWM & Partners LLP, we are excited for our new chapter rebranded as Clifton Agency.
Our investment business remains exactly the same, in the sense the entire team, consisting of 5 surveyors will continue to work as they have been under our previous LLP structure, but now simply with a new name.
Jim Remfry (Equity Partner) has worked at CWM for nearly 10 years and has over 15 years’ experience as an investment agent. In that time Jim has advised on a broad range of assets from hotels, industrial, retail and office markets.
Ben Simpson (Equity Partner) specialises on the ‘In Town’ investment market and has worked at CWM for the past 14 years. Ben’s primary focus is advising retained institutional, property companies and private investors on multi-let sales.
‘Clifton Agency’ will benefit from all the systems and intellectual property that has been compiled since CWM & Partners LLP was founded back in May 2007. Existing in-house databases, mailing lists, social media accounts, IT systems, online subscriptions will all be transferred over to the Clifton platform and rebranded with immediate effect.
The same professional team from brochure designers, photographers, videographers, accountants, PI insurers will all continue to be employed by Clifton to ensure the best level of client care.
