Clifton Agency are pleased to complete on the off-market sale of TopGolf Watford on behalf of a Private Investor.
The 26-acre site greenfield site is located adjacent to Junction 5 of the M1 and close to Watford’s main Industrial provision. TopGolf have been long established in the town and their Clubhouse on Bushey Mill Lane is one of their most successful centres in the UK.
Topgolf is a global sports entertainment company headquartered in Dallas, Texas with over 70 entertainment centres in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Mexico and the United Arab Emirates. TopGolf is ultimately owned by Callaway Golf after acquiring Topgolf for £2.6bn in March 2021.
