Clifton Agency are pleased to complete on the sale of 106 A&B Kilburn High Road on behalf of Town Centre Securities PLC. The mixed-use asset comprised six flats let on ASTs and two retail units let to Wenzels Bakery and Norwest Trading. The property produced an annual income of £226,140 and had a commercial WAULT of 3.9 years.
After a competitive bidding process, the property was sold to a private investor ahead of asking at a price of £3.45m. This reflected a blended net initial yield of 6.16% and a capital value per sq ft of £525.
