Acting on behalf of a private UK family, Clifton Agency are delighted to report the sale of 140-142 Regent’s Park Road in Primrose Hill.



At the point of sale the mixed use property was fully let to Joe & The Juice, Bens Groceries and 6 residential tenants.


Held freehold on two separate titles, the investment offered a commercial WAULT of 3.3 years with strong rental growth prospects.


The rare unbroken nature of the sale in one of London’s most affluent neighbourhoods, resulted in significant competing interest for the asset.


After best bids were called, the preferred purchaser paid £6,517,500 (3.69% NIY) for our client's interest in the UK SPV where both assets were held.
