“Darren and I worked together for many years, and it was great to do a deal together back on home turf! Everyone is feeling the pressures of the current economic climate but this acquisition will further enhance a location which has now become the heart of the city’s leisure market. Clifton are Rengen are actively looking for other city centre assets for redevelopment, please get in touch to discuss any potential opportunities.”
