Alex is the latest member of the Clifton Agency team to join, having started his surveying career at CWM back in 2016 where he plied his trade in the professional services department, acting for various retained landlord and tenant clients.

Over the past 7 years, Alex has played an instrumental role in various occupier portfolio re-structuring, and more recently at CBRE, adopting the role of a hybrid L&T and agency surveyor. 

​

We are all looking forward to Alex starting his new venture at Clifton. He will add a new dimension and outlook to our client base with his detailed knowledge and experience in the professional services and agency departments.

​

Alex has a Real Estate Management degree from Oxford Brookes University and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

​

When not reading leases and perfecting his excel skills, Alex can regularly be found hacking his way round SW London golf courses and touring Eastern Europe with his beloved Oxford Brookes old boys rugby team.
